As a lecturer in Interaction Design at Hochschule der Medien Stuttgart, I provide students with hands-on experience in user-centered design, guiding them through the iterative process of Interaction Design. I actively support students in understanding and applying the various phases of the Design Thinking process—from research and analysis to problem definition, ideation, prototyping, and user testing. My main responsibility is planning and executing the course curriculum, ensuring a structured and engaging learning experience. I also mentor students in applying UX methodologies, helping them refine their design skills and become confident in using digital tools for brainstorming, prototyping, and evaluation.

Since starting my role, I have undertaken several key tasks. As a UX professional in in-house consulting, I have collaborated with various departments to improve user experiences across our software products.
I have participated in the recruitment process for our UX team, ensuring we select top talent to drive our projects forward. Additionally, I have supervised an interaction design trainee and interns, providing guidance and mentorship to help them develop their skills.
My main responsibility has been planning and executing all UX activities in the project as the UX lead within a Scrum framework, ensuring our designs are seamlessly integrated into the development process and contribute to a cohesive, user-friendly final product.
Furthermore, I have worked with our design system, helping to develop it further to ensure consistency and efficiency in our design processes.
