As a UX professional in in-house consulting, I have collaborated with various departments to improve user experiences across our software products. I have participated in the recruitment process for our UX team, ensuring we select top talent to drive our projects forward. Additionally, I have supervised an interaction design trainee and interns, providing guidance and mentorship to help them develop their skills. My main responsibility has been planning and executing all UX activities in the project as the UX lead within a Scrum framework, ensuring our designs are seamlessly integrated into the development process and contribute to a cohesive, user-friendly final product. Furthermore, I have worked with our design system, helping to develop it further to ensure consistency and efficiency in our design processes.

In my last role as a UX trainee, I gained valuable experience and further developed my skills in user experience design.
